    Personally I find equity boring...thats probably coz I don't quite get it :rolleyes: My brain hurts I think I have crammed in to many Cases and Legislation for crime :( We had someone come from UTS to my skool 2day...why send an "engineering student" I wanted a law student...oh well...

    Thats the advantage of having a legal teacher who was a lawyer...although he sometimes bring out the uni textbooks when he feels the textbooks aren't adequate :rolleyes:

    when you use LCMD intergrate it! Don't just have it hanging around, its like quotes in english...it is evidence!

    Yep its the mens rea that is the difference...maybe my simple understand might help you... As far as I know Murder is the unlawful killing of another with malice aforethought i.e Intent, the the mens rea can also be reckless indifference where then person knows what they are doing is...

    thanks glitterfairy it made me feel a bit better The hard part of me I guess is I have trials next week and my teachers are still giving us homework on our most recent topics... I know they argue this is to hel u study...but I need time to revise stuff we did much earlier in the year grrr..
