Use a better textbook like cambridge and get your tutor to go through questions from cambridge/fitzpatrick if they aren't already. This year is good to evaluate and see what works best with you so experiment with different things. Have you tried wootube and khan academy? Both are very good...

do you use maths in focus? it seems like you're forgetting the previous content that you learnt. And lol I think most people don't bother with distinguishing 2 and 3 unit but after you do several past papers it becomes obvious which topics are 2 and 3 unit so you can distinguish them yourself...

yeah definitely. I think the only thing is to make sure that OP is close to first place in all of his/her subjects and that he/she does well in the final hsc exam. But maintaining these ranks or improving them is key until after trials.

Lol don't go to tsfx, apparently it aint gewd They both sound dodgy imo. I went to a free or ($10 donation I think) lecture at tsfx I think and it was worth it because it was free (or cheap) and because people were asking questions that everyone actually wanted answers too and the chic gave up...

Good child I hope you know maths in focus is shit. So I recommend using cambridge for 2 unit maths instead and completely discard mif unless you want band 2. Glad you're assigned fitzpatrick for 3 unit but have cambridge as well just in case for 3 unit especially for concepts/exercises you...

Yeah for something like years you can leave it as 18.1 or if you want to be pedantic you can find what 0.1 of 12 months is and write 18 years and the number of months as the answer. I was suggesting for other questions, they require a definite integer, so we can't give OP a certain answer...

A rlly quick question and no conclusion after 2 pages lol Tbh it depends on the question. And since it's a real world model type question it depends on the question. The best thing to do to find your answer is to sub in both the integers on either side of the 18.1 ie 18 and 19 and see which one...
