You're still in yr 11 and things can change and become much better. I suggest stick with 2 unit, trust me if you're taught it well there's no reason to not get a b6. This is the main thing. Especially if you're using maths in focus or some terrible textbook like that, that's not gonna help...

Is tutoring helping? If not you can consider other tutoring options. After all, you need to find what's best for you.

Yeah I agree. Does your teacher check your work? If not then just do the questions up to the point where you are confident and just stick to cambridge. Because mif are repetitive and no point doing them because they decrease your IQ. So yeah the pace of being taught is an issue here. Perhaps...
