They give you 1 mark for writing the balanced chemical equation basically and 2 marks if you did something correct in the working out, so basically if you just make a calculation mistake i would say you might get 2 or 3, but most likely 3/4.

I think it was more difficult than last year and I would say around 2022 moderation. So carrots calculator would probably fit fine for this one. 85 for B6 and 69 for B5.

There were some questions that weren't that easy, but I think they were generous this time with the 7 markers and overall the exam was easier than expected.

Yes it is accepted. It is still a universal way of representing the structure, but as @shoulfer said, it would be preferred to stick to structural, but I doubt they would penalise for having a skeletal structure

Do we, I thought they usually give the condensation polymers and then tell you to show the monomer, but you have to remember the addition polymers for sure.

I would just know the basics of how they work, they could possibly asked very deeply as well, so best to know it

All we can do now is try our best. Think about it, if its a easier test you should go through it slowly (still finish in 3 hours) and make sure you don't make many silly mistakes while being overhyped that the exam is easy. If the test is hard, then its gonna be hard for others as well, so the...

Yh, im pretty sure MOOC is for usyd only and other uni's offer bridging courses, but not exactly sure, so best to search it up :) Also I am not sure whether bridging courses start from the basics, but MOOC does.

You have to do a bridging course after Year 12 for advanced to understand the basis of calculus and for engineering they take you into MX2 fundamentals so it would be beneficial doing extension since it is assumed knowledge, but you should atleast ask for doing advanced so you don't have to do...
