I am worried about those 4/5 mark questions they sometimes decide to put in. Their wording is normally confusing and if you don't get the question well that's just a waste of 4/5 marks :jaw:

The jury might determine based on evidence that the offence the hearing is held for is a 'less serious' indictable offence, then it's heard summarily. I don't think the accused can wish for it to be heard that way- it's not up to him/her.

No I highly doubt it. The question I did for trials was International law is a toothless tiger. Discuss it evaluating the effectiveness of legal and non-legal measures. Well the HSC will probably be very close to that, so discuss the ICC and ICJ as legal measures
