thank uu so much
girl is it still possible to memoise a essay or at least the key points today for crime
don't memorise an essay! try to memorise key concepts under each crime topic. in ur exam, spending just 3 mins making a mind map of which topics u want to talk about and what cases/lcmid u wanna include can change everything, no point including a lot of info without organisation.

i grouped my revision notes under nature of crime, investigation process, trial, sentencing, and youth. then i used my cases across all of these topics! like children's court example can fit in trial, sentencing and youth. choose what u want to use don't just memorise everything <33

if a question is on CJS, you have to branch out. one para on trial, one on sentencing and if u have time for a third then one on investigation. if u answer a cjs question with just content on sentencing process, ur immediately barred from the top band

do y'all think they'll ask criminal trial or sentencing? Or just an essay based solely on 1dp?
2019 was post sentencing
2020 was crim trial
on my hands and knees that they don't ask this

u can def try to do some light revision, walk around and speak your notes out loud to help you retain the info. The less stressed you are, the more you’re likely to soak in info!!
