I can dispute this . it is useful to have a comprehensive set of notesDon't write notes for absolutely everything, only areas which you feel least confident about. Good luck !
If you don't feel like notes are necessary, go straight to past papers! Sure notes are useful and can be a good revision tool to write however unless you actually use them appropriately/regularly then don't write them.
If you feel like you're going to use your notes (consistently and not just to cram) then finish them asap!
However if not, then go straight to past papers! Do as many as possible!
If you don't know how to do it, do it open book, mark it, then do it again by yourself
