its def not gonna be discretion or balancing rights imo, that was in so many trial papers this yr i doubt they're gonna make it that simple

police powers ill do like a good 3 page para, probs combine evidence and rights of accused and just make up stuff

wasn't it only a stimulus or a comment abt age of crim responsibility? it was a question abt law reform in balancing rights
