In my school, the visual art teacher has split the time we began painting till the day our BOW is due in into four parts. In these four parts she has made us decide what to hand in in each period. The problem with this is that we may not finish in time of the date she has put forward for the class. The mark we get for each part is marked on completeness as well as quality. Now if we dont complee it, we get a really shitty mark even though we have technically worked our asses off. We literally come in after school and stay behind painting up until 6pm every Monday and Thursday, as well as that free periods are also dedicated to art. The mark recieved goes to our assesment mark at the end... what I wanna know is shouldn't the work be marked overall by the actual due date that the B.O.S recquires... or is a teacher allowed to mark anyway she wants?
