well i thought it was to prove that :
(say the midpoint of the hypotenuse is "D")

in triangle APC

DA = DP = DC
-> -> ->

but it's not working...so am i trying to prove the wrong thing?
I can prove that trianlges ADP and DPC are equal but that's not really using vectors ! dammit

I have fund this question on the net in some strange maths sites... but have found no solutions to them...damn...thought i'd get lucky.

I thought maybe my lengths for AP and CP were wrong and that's why the last question doesn't work....cause I did get unusual lengths for the two vectors in terms of a and b

yeh this assignment is hell, especially part 2.....isn't there some maths brain on here who can tell us what to do...?!?!?!?! ahhhh
i wish i knew how many marks were for each part

does anyone know where to start for the last question, last section of this assignment...i did it, but i know it's wrong caus the point doesn't lie on the bloody line! dammit! argh!
