i would have rather it like how it was before where everyone could neg rep, but make it you can see who neg repped you.

i'm in two minds about the system, but on the whole, agree with it. providing there is a method of appeal (which there seems to be) and provided the -ve rep is given for consistent bad behaviour (which is the policy)

i would hope most mods would follow the policy, and if they do, well then, hurrah for -ve rep
