wait im so lost? section 4 won't be two business functions in one question. so you'd pick between the two options HR or marketing, they only combine business functions in the report
in report they typically combine business functions, in section 4 you get a choice of two questions (which in hsc are different functions)

but if the essay is on Finance and operations? what will u do when u only know HR stats

And to answer your question .... I will quite simply. .... cry

I was doing hr cause hr and finance is the prediction this year, although might be better to look at both hr and finance, have some facts in my head u know

I'm really hoping for the business report to be about operations and marketing (praying smaller dot points on operations and the bigger ones on marketing) and a finance strategies essay but I think it likely on processes because that hasnt been tested yet. I'm also like rlly rlly bad at HR so im hoping the short answer question on that is just about employment contracts so I can use my economics knowledge to carry me instead.
they can't just ask on processes on the essays can they??

Can someone explain monetary and non-monetary --> Always MCQ where it says that an employee recieves a car or insurance and the options are monetary or non-monetary and its always non-monetary --> Is it always non-monetary as long as its not physical money itself?

awards are just the industry specifc entitlements people have in their employment contract, it just shows the terms and conditions of their employement
is an enterprise agreement the same as an award just like negotiated to the desired terms?
