yeah but like it is the one exam where I can't really prepare for on low time, like I'm gonna have an early night, go to bed at 8:30, so I got 2 hours of study, 1 hour in the morning, and I don't know what to do, like I just want to get above 70 but I don't think I will

I got 61 in trial our average was 55 but. i feel alot more confident tho. we got like 210 people doing business

I got 74 for trials, 72 before I appealed to teacher, I am ranked 4th out of 24, and maybe 5 people will get above 80, and at least a quarter will fail

induction is under development, you would only given someone an induction once you have actually aquired/hired them into the business

trials are supposed to be hard just relax right now there is nothing you can do 15 hrs before the exam.

guys what is the difference between developmental and administrative performance management?

- developmental is a more modern approach that uses data to assist individual employees in developing their skills and abilities
(e.g using training, coaching) leads to increase in job satisfaction

- administrative is a more traditional approach that uses employees past performance to measure whether the objectives have been met
