well light exercise can be of a great benefit to stress management :)

intensive one, on the other hand, is a big NONONNONONONO
ahhahaha. i was kidding. intensive exercise is way fun =]]. nothing better than having either touch/acro/dancing every day of the week. eats into your time but is fun.

Intensive excersize works! I dont know about you but after wards i feel really happy, but that's just me. Light excersize is good too, clears your head. Try both.

Yeah it does. I think we transform our stress in anger lol

Oh and i play games, generally violent ones like No More Heroes (Wii) or Fallout 3!
OMG I looooove that game :)

Anyways, back on topic, if im stressed, I eat random stuff, I find eating to be a source of happiness and satisfaction, hence relieving any stress :)

get a pillow or a something soft
and punch the crap outta it. if it's intense stress
... or scream

then you can get stuff and chuck it on the ground
and get heaps of scrap paper and RIP IT IN HALF!

that's how I do it.
