150g fat free natural yogurt with cinnamon

Lunch: HJ Grilled Chicken with spicy sauce (omg so delicious)

Second Lunch: Some sort of spicy chicken chinese curry with prawn rice

Tonight I went to Petaling St in the city with my best friend from high school and his gf (yes I lightbulbed). Had some delicious foods:









Kick-ass Malaysian food and it all came to $42 or so for the three of us.

Then we went for fried ice cream and fruit which wasn't so delicious :(

Oh, I also drank a Pure Blond beforehand, and ate a KFC popcorn chicken snack box (which I shared with someone) as we were drinking on an empty stomach.

And for lunch I had chicken and sweet corn soup from the cafe downstairs at work. Not worth photographing.

Yeah probably. I'm going to try to eat healthier though.

Breakfast was a blueberry muffin, an apple and a cup of tea (made with 2 x tea bags so not sure if that counts as 1 or 2 technically)
