so dis article in mens health says eggs are good
its saturated fats that help da cholesterol build up or something like that

they recommend up to 6 eggs a week

serve of 'green juice' (just kind of made it up, 3 stalks of celery, 200g spinach, lemon juice, pulp and juice of 1 lime, honey, water all blended up, makes about 4 serves)

1 boiled egg on a piece of burgen rye bread with 1/4 avocado

have discovered that eating apples (esp pink lady) directly after eating tuna seems to noticably enhance their flavour

definitely fallen off the diet horse

exercise doesn't compensate for shit eating

6 cups of tea so far
heaps of water, too

guys guys give me a break alrite. i dieted for 6 months. just give me a couple of weeks and ill be back to normal

No time to go out for lunch today so I settled for a chicken schnitzel wrap from the cafe downstairs at work. Not bad.

ive had 12 steaks in the past 3 days

cant believe im saying this but I think there might be diminishing marginal utility associated with steak consumption

how's the bulk going sylvester?

breakfast: slice of bread, crunchy peanut butter, honey, 500ml milk milo instant coffee.
lunch: pesto chicken sandwich with stuff, in turkish bread.
dinner: rice with meatballs and potato. bread (roti) with dry daal (lentils).
haven't eaten enough :(
