Mine has been rising at a faster rate each year... Doubt that will still happen in my final years though Most of my other friends have it stable or dropping. Really depends on the individual.

What is the WAM required for a HD in MedSci?

In many other faculties (including some schools in faculty of science) courses are scaled before marks are released. The grade definitions are only done for the final mark released and the raw mark is unknown. So it is not based on a raw mark in many cases. Again, a high distinction is defined...

What is the WAM required for a HD in MedSci?

What are you asking? A high distinction is defined as a mark over 85 in a course. Your WAM is just the average of all your marks throughout uni. Unless "HD" stands for something other than high distinction, the question doesn't make sense.

    Do school marks really matter??

Have a read of this. The mark you receive in school is not the main interest. It is the rank and relative difference between ranks. http://www.boardofstudies.nsw.edu.au/hsc-results/understanding.html

    2016 Federal Election

Would these articles only refer to the searches made by residents in UK? Otherwise I'd have nothing to say on it. http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2016/06/brexit-google-search-trends-tech/ https://www.rt.com/viral/348268-brexit-google-search-stats/ I can understand if google searches on...

    2016 Federal Election

I can see why some people choose to donkey vote and hence the reasons behind Squar3's decisions. However I don't agree that nothing has happened over the past few years. Plenty of things have changed. There's a lot that can happen in politics and politicians are asking everyone to trust them...

    Do school marks really matter??

Your rank and difference between ranks are what matter, which is where your assessment mark comes from. So really, this is worth 50% of your final HSC mark. If you come first, then you can only be affected by your peers positively. If you come first, then your examination mark is your mark (50%...

    How hard is engineering?

A lot of jobs in engineering do not involve any form of manual labour whatsoever. There are a few specific jobs that do require some manual labour but not all jobs do so.

Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering/Computer Science

You just have to understand stuff really well. leave 2142 for whenever in my opinion. It's also excluded from comp2121 so you can choose between either one of them. 2133, 2134 I recommend getting out of the way as soon as possible and try to excel in them. They provide the foundations for...

Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering/Computer Science

Aesthetics are just that. I wouldn't worry too much. We had a lab which pretty much demonstrated wireless charging. A lot of our exams involve design questions. Many assignments are design based as well.
