There is no difference between 100 and 99.95. Both gets scholarships and will get into any desired courses. No cut-offs will ever reach 100 so 99.95 people will miss out.......

Ideally, you should write about 4 to 5 pages for your 20 marks extended responses in the HSC examination booklet. The spacing is large, in which you will have the opportunity to see it first in your paper 1 - English or check out the standards packages. As to your own school writing booklet...

well, in med sci, you get to choose more than just genetics. If you are interested in curing AIDs/specialise in infectious diseases, then you should major in Pathology if you get into med sci. You can choose to major in Biochemistry, genetics, physiology, pathology, pharmacology and anatomy.

I don't think it is appropriate to discuss any questions here. Let's be fair. And plus, no one is going to give hints to anyone when the real thing comes, so don't start relying on people telling you what questions are in the exam. Society is not that hard....

rckl is right. You can't just go to a "crap" school and do ESL and they'll just let you....That's ridiculus!

In 2003 HSC, 2% of the candidates in English (ESL) recieved band 6. The highest mark was 96. In standard English, one candidate receive a mark of 90 in the HSC.

Hi mr Easy, go for med if you are really interested in it! I am reasonably interested in med, but the sight of UMAT/Interview, 99.90++ UAI made me felt dizzy. LOL And plus I don't want to get stuck in uni for 6 years... And I don't think i want to do GAMSAT/interview either. Med sci is good...
