    NSW Speed limiters in cars

Manual transmissions have a lot of advantages compared to Auto. What I am saying, is that eventually the government bodies might consider automatics safer than manuals by analyzing some sort of statistics /or criteria in the future. Even though manuals are "safer" because of the superior...

    NSW Speed limiters in cars

Stuff this. Any more of this crap and I am reverting to 60's cars with carbs and no electronics. I can also sense these things coming eventually: - Car that parallel parks for you - Car that advises you that you drank too much today and not allowed to drive until you sober up - Remote car...

    Manual Vs. Automatic

Manual, because: - Its easier to maintain a constant speed, esp. downhill - No need to ride brakes downhill - Throttle response is FAR better, i.e. there is no micro-delay when you step on the pedal - Superior reliability. If you don't mind double-clutching, you can make a manual gearbox...

    Deadlift

Nah, I don't train full on WB with ME/DE days. Its just seems too advanced for me (I am only 20 with relatively weak lifts). I just think their logo and the lifters they put out are pretty cool :D I train with low-reps/singles on the deadlift mostly, coupled with deficit DL's and I also...

Agree regarding the 4-5 rep method, it seems to produce the most neural strength gains in my experience.

    Deadlift

The forces applied to your body from squats/deadlifts (and every other lifts for that matter) are relative. For example, when I started doing squats I was doing 10kg plates per side. (around 40kg in total). Atm, 100kg squat for me is a warmup and actually feels lighter than the 40kg/60kg I...

    fat, 6 packs & flexing

To test for ecto bone structure, simply try to touch your middle finger with your thumb around your wrist. If they overlap, you are an ecto (light) build. Then you must also posses the ability to pack on muscle, which you will see (in about 4-6 weeks) once you start training. Of course, nearly...

    Steering

Use push-pull style for a car with no power steering (very safe). Otherwise, you can just steer with the right hand on the wheel. I don't get the people that cross their hands, it looks ridiculous.

Hi, Just curious, has anyone here managed to DL 200kg with at a weight < 70Kg. If so, could you post your routine or give any sort of advice regarding how you got there? Cheers, Daniel.
