I agree with hfis because everyone at the base level learns the same thing, Law being an acredited degree means each subject must fulfil certain criteria. The same skills are taught!
HOWEVER if mean is one more geared towards practice/philosphy (I don't think you mean skills) i'm not sure...

I am thinking about doing a few units at UWS, they have an advocacy unit and advanced crim that I want to do. Someone told me it counts as a pass to your GPA but that doesn't sound right...I thought it doesn't count.
I'm so jealous! I can't wait to utter those words
Oh MJ I was bored in class went online and accessed the 09 handbook (changed the URL to 09) and Trial advocacy is being bumped again! I am so upset the choice of electives are so limited :(
I felt like that for ages, my advice is don't stop looking AND be proactive. The most success I have had is cold-emailing and pesistant! I can't say cold email enough, it sounds weird but it has got me plently of interviews AND the one's I least expected.
For this I applied to one of those...
I am worried because last semester my LAW GPA was 3.2 and it is now 2.7ish :S. So yes I am really going to have to work the paralegal experience, mooting etc...
I got a print out but it is all messy with my Credit for previous studies etc but I'll use the un-official for now because they said...
Thanks :) I am still unsure I why I have an interview lol.
At least I have sorted academic transcipts, I had to hunt down an old UWS one.
Once I have been interviewed I'll post some of the questions...might be helpful to someone
Yeah I figure that I'll just be honest but I don't want to sound like I am making excuses.
I still am not 100% sure what happened but I think it was a combination of things like looking for work because I was miserable in my job (so I spent ages looking for new jobs) getting into a slump...
Besides we at MQ are getting a library with robotic arms.
UWS parra library is crap, no loo inside so you have to go out to go to the loo and that whole in one door out the other is annoying.
UWS Banstown is nice and has nice cushi seats upstairs
UWS Penrith is big
Hey guys,
Any tips for an interview at BD? I've had lots of interviews for paralegal jobs but only at small firms.
I'm a bit worried, how do I explain away my crappy last semester where I got 2 Ps? I hope its not a disaster, I manily have a credit av with the odd D or HD and less than a...
Hi guys,
Does anyone know how to print off an entire academic transcript off estudent? When I try it gives me only half of last year and then the beginning of this year. I need it for a job interview and they don't require an official one but it wont let me print off last semester...does...
I would contact the co-ordinator right way. From all the units I have done internally it has been mentioned that it is an automatic fail for externals who do not attend the on-campus sessions. Hopefully you can talk it out with the co-ordinator...good luck!
If you start with something small and healthy your body should get used to it. My b/f had a horrendous metabolism which meant he never felt like breakfast, after a month or so of consistanly trying something he now feels hungry for breakfast. Breakfast is key also to weightloss
