im using this retractable metal-tip ink pen by Pentel (not the ballpoint ones)... they like GLIDE across the stupid BOS writing booklet paper. i compared it with ballpoint.. and the writing speed is greatly improved.

black works good. i've read somewhere they prefer black.

they are apparently 'experienced teachers'... well when i called up today about this particular issue... the lady was a bit iffy on it. she was clear that the marker wants us to present our personal interpretation from the original text by shakespeare.. and said not to emphasise on readings...

i structure my essay different to u guys. i look at two different themes.. which i use a base to compare or even contrast the two texts. i usually have 'consumerism' and 'manipulating natural processes' as the two themes. then i have a paragraph for BR, exploring that particular theme...

Will do. lol --- Look, overall I think that people that have placed large emphasis on readings will not get great marks, lets face it.... but then again remember the 'positive marking' thing. if we still show some sort of personal interpretation, close anaysis of the text by shakespeare...

yeah, but always remember to incorporate the other criteria too.. they are equally as significant.
