Yeah UTS doesn't really offer arts, their only arts courses are international studies and communications. Although the Law/Int Studies course looks pretty good
A shrink is a psychiatrist, not a psychologist, they're two different things. Psychiatry is a medical specialty, so you don't need a psychology degree, you need a MBBS, then you need to specialise
I'm pretty sure you'd have to wait until the end of the year. Personally not sure about how easy getting Ds in engineering would be. From what I hear, it takes a lot of work

so it definately doesn't matter what you pre-enrol in? cause its not letting me pick most of my subjects, says they're not part of my degree
