Yeah UTS doesn't really offer arts, their only arts courses are international studies and communications. Although the Law/Int Studies course looks pretty good

Most courses look at UAI and GPA, and weight them 50:50, but I know for commerce they just look at the better of UAI and GPA

A shrink is a psychiatrist, not a psychologist, they're two different things. Psychiatry is a medical specialty, so you don't need a psychology degree, you need a MBBS, then you need to specialise

I'm pretty sure you'd have to wait until the end of the year. Personally not sure about how easy getting Ds in engineering would be. From what I hear, it takes a lot of work

Yes you can depending on your GPA, you'd probably need close to a D average

You just get extra points towards your UAI if you go well in certain HSC subjects

I'm doing both and personally prefer ECOP, ECON is pretty mathsy, and from what I've heard once you get into second year the maths is intense

Haven't failed but got 50% in a group assignment last semester

For UTS GPAs, you can add 3 to convert them, but this only works if you have no fails. But seriously, its not hard to work it out yourself
