Late reply but I'm pretty sure for vet science after one year only gpa & stat count, so you could do one year of your course, then do stat, and if your marks are good enough you'll get in

The degree name really doesn't matter, the only difference is in the BA(Psych) you have to do one extra psych subject. Once you do honours, if you want to be a psychologist you have to do 2 years of supervised experience or postgrad, so your undergrad degree really doesn't make much difference

Why would you do arts if you want to get into Bus&Comm/Law? Obviously the business course would be better if that's what you're trying to transfer into

I agree that the entrance system is pretty bad, imo the American system is better. I reckon they should have 2 cutoffs for each course, one to get straight in, the other to get an interview
