Good lord. I have borrowed a few books on my subjects and am browsing through lesurely. That is all. Why on earth would you do serious work now? Leave that for the cramming before the HSC, this is the time for getting as broad as possible a base of knowledge slowly, not cramming specifics. This...
Good god. Firstly, our school treats the SC as a joke. It is ridiculously easy and you should be getting 90+ without any effort. The HSC is much much harder to do well in because it is so much more specific, which means you have to study more in order to succeed.
And secondly, the BOS does NOT...
It is all very well and good to speak of how ideas should be able to travel freely through society. But in a market society like our own there has to be an incentive - very very few people will truly do something just because they love it at a decently high opportunity cost - and copyrights...
you know what i mean. and besides, the term racist no longer applies solely to race but nowadays can be used for religons as well (according to me). especially since race and religon are so commonly seen to be blurred.
what i was trying to express was the fact that i felt all this muslim...
are you guys serious? come off the racism a little guys. I'd rather be friends with a (hopefully not extremist) muslim than a radically fundamentalist christian anyday. the religon shouldnt matter; the extreme position in the religon should. and for that matter there are probably the same amount...
It's true that if you do 4maths and stuff it is kinda easier to get a higher uai. It's not true that " i got a friend who got 2 band 6s in 3U and 4U maths and high band 5s in chem, physics etc and ended up with UAI of 99.95" because that just doesn't work. But doing well scaling subjects does...
Oh come on. Religon by its nature is something that requires faith - and therefore is neither able to be proved or disproved. I personally don't believe in God, but that doesnt mean I'm going to attack someone for their personal beliefs.
On the other hand, that works both ways. If you believe...
hahahaha. Well surely if you got a good UAI you'd want to let people know. I mean, if you put in all that effort then you deserve to show off a little bit. And on the other hand if you got into your course then you should be happy with that.
How'd that happen?!
But as long as nobody received their assessment mark and everybody is back on a level playing field and in the dark the fairest way to do it is to redo the exam. Like they are doing apparantly.
