    Semester 1, 2008 Timetables

Not really, science students have that all the time (as do students from other faculties I imagine). You'll have time to walk to your classes as previously said in the thread. If you can't move your prac then you'll have to miss the lecture and read the notes/textbook.

    Semester 1, 2008 Timetables

You'll manage. Last semester I had 8-6 (I think it was on a Monday as well) with a one hour break.

Noooo, don't touch chemistry, it's awful :( Neb, how long does it take you to travel to uni from Macarthur?

    Official Summer Siesta 2007/8 Thread

Do we have to do some sort of official enrolment on a set day or is the internet pre-enrolment thing enough? (going into second year)

    Deferring

I can't remember a booklet, there was something with a piece of paper about my enrollment, I guess it was with that. I'll have to find it. Thanks :) such a relief :)

    Official Summer Siesta 2007/8 Thread

I had mine out a couple of years ago. It was bloody awful. My tongue swelled up and I couldn't clench my teeth because my tongue was in the way. And I was talking funny, and the friend I was living with started talking like me. She didn't mean to but I felt like she was mocking me. The only...

    Deferring

Due to circumstances beyond my control I have to move out of home. I'd like to work and earn some money, and go back to uni next year. I've pre-enrolled, is it possible to defer now?

    B Science/B Arts

Why did you switch out of education? didn't like it? Last year I was doing between 22-27 (or 28?) hours a week. But second semester I wasn't doing any arts subjects and the molecular bio labs made the hours a fair bit longer. If you do what they reccommend, that is 6cp maths, 12cp science and...

    Transferring

I'm thinking of transferring from B Sc/BA to B Sc/B Education (secondary). Who do I talk to about it? I'm going into second year this year. Cheers :)

I got 30 or below UAI.

Do the HSC again, and work harder this time. Your punctuation is good and you seem literate, so I'm surprised you got a UAI like that too. Doing the HSC again isn't a huge deal. Yeah, it's annoying, but it will set you back one year and that will make a difference to the rest of your life, if...

    Boyfriends And The HSC

Oh, that's all rubbish. As long as you're practical it'll be fine. You don't have to go on 'dates' all the time, and if it's a lot of effort to keep the relationship going then it's not a good relationship anyway. I used to help my boyfriend with English, and he used to help me with maths. And...

StuVac & Exam Period Bitch and Moan Thread (II, 2007)

Oh, that's good to know, I was thinking of doing politics. History stressed me out a bit last semester, because I was too focused on science (and maybe a little lazy as well) to do the readings. But I still got 61 without doing them, so I'm not so worried about failing history in the future.
