really, it takes you only 30 minutes?! is this from around wynyard/town hall? Cos walking to elizabeth street at around 5pm is awful as the traffic is fully blocked once you do get on a bus :S True, on the way home it is much faster.

i agree, haha. but i may be biased since i attend unsw. basically, it would take around 45minutes in peak hour traffic to get from a firm to the city, +/- extra 10mins - this is for UNSW. it's not too bad.

lol tax returns?! haha no dear, you learn the basic accounting system = balance sheet, income statement. cash flow statements is 1B. so you learn debits, credits, A = L + OE, special journals, depreciation, accounting for debentures, etcetc the entire process excl. cash flow statements basically.

its theoretical, simple basic maths for calculations. but basically application of theory.

they didn't when i did it first sem last yr. i'm pretty sure that accounting never has iLectures so that they try to "coerce" you into going to lecturesx

not if you have a pretty good relationship with the tutor, not awkward at all! it happens all the time. your ex-careers advisor would suffice also, if they remember you :)

Re: blue or black pen? hsc markers prefer black, just so you know. all our teachers told us that, even though i am and was a blue pen user, i purposely switched to black for the external's.

is this for the end of ur resume? if i was you, i would put 'referees available upon request' - most of the time, they don't request it. but perhaps, don't you have like a previous employer? or university tutor or anything?

yea i have, shame i didn't go to either RH parties in the past fortnight though.

i would love to help you out, but 2 days a week really won't work with my life right now this year.... i'm kind of stretched to the limit a bit with all my uni/work and extra-curricular commitments. i would only be able to do 2 days a week in the period of time between my 2 uni semesters...

omg are you serious? thats ridiculous. i remember, as i had to bind like 70 booklets once for Careers & Employment. gah, that sucks. my friend has no where to go to bind things anymore, and she's obsessed!

what maths do u do and which part of the beaches? and how often would you want the tutoring?

well that's good then, the more 1-1 specific help with your teachers, the better understanding you'll get with the subject. so how many units do you do then? if you do 12 or less, you really shouldn't be dropping the 4u maths. seriously. unless you're like an absolute failure at it or...
