Yes, EAS still exist. it includes the people have who being in Australia after 2000(or 2001). So if you're an ESL student but not international student, you may still get some extramarks (or lower UAI needed) to enter the uni.

When u say exam mark, do u mean HSC exam mark? So if I came first in Physics and I don't study for HSC anymore, I can still get good mark as I can have my classmate's HSC mark if they beat me?
