AFAIK it's neither. Access should be through the UAC website using the PIN they gave you and your application number.

What you get in the internal assessments doesn't have a bearing on the mark the BOS gives you. It's all about the rank. You came first in the internals and the exam too by the looks of it. So what the BOS has done is they've assigned the top mark for your cohort as your internal mark, because...
