    SOR I - Section 3! YOUR THOUGHTS

Lol! I can just see tonight's episode of ACA and Tracey Grimshaw.. "Tonight we bring a Channel Nine exclusive- HSC SOR students fight back!!" I would not be surprised if ACA does do a story on this, I would be even less surprised, no, I expect Today Tonight to at least mention this.

If you hate English, you must post here in celebration

+1 I always thought that way about techniques/structure and a text. I swear the author doesn't even think about that shit! !

HSC '09- the most paranoid year.

I was so paranoid that they would specify like a certain sonnet or speech I had to relate to. Overall exam was ok. If I had studied a lot more it would've been perfect. No regrets but. Am happy with what I did. And even if I flunk this exam, my SOR mark will probably be included instead..

Anyone who did Julius Caesar..look please

I found this question the hardest.. I still don't really know what they were asking. I just wrote about conflicting perspectives and how they're represented like the techniques structure and how it's an effective technique.. Like Antony's repetition of the word honourable is effective cause its...

    SOR I - Section 3! YOUR THOUGHTS

What's the go with people apparently walking out of the exam?? The question wasn't that bad the more I think of it. I did Islam. You could've just wrote whatever you planned on writing in it. The question was pretty broad. All you had to do was just mention that the teachings were in the Qu'ran...

General Thoughts: English Advanced Paper 2 (Modules)

Whoops, and forgot to ask: Has anyone seen the standard english? Easiest.questions.ever There was one where you had to choose an important character and write about their actions in the novel or whatever.. Kinda wishing I did Standard now.

General Thoughts: English Advanced Paper 2 (Modules)

It was a lot easier than I imagined it to be.. But in saying that I still found it not really easy.. Mainly because I didn't study as much as I should have. I don't know how, but I somehow got the idea in my head that the exam went for three hours.. So I spent an hour on Question one with EBB...

    SOR I - Section 3! YOUR THOUGHTS

My first thoughts when I saw it was," This was in the syllabus!?" I staight away opened my mouth shocked.. I knew that I would go horrid if I chose to do Islam for Section 2, as I knew nothing on Sufism.. OS I chose to do Christianity for Part 2, and I murdered that question. If they don't give...

What will you do with your school stuff?

The one good thing about living in whoop whoop is having friend's living there as well. I think a friend of mine is hosting a bonfire after the formal.

What will you do with your school stuff?

Still not sure.. Burning it is very tempted, especially all my society and culture stuff, including my PIP stuff, but I might give it to my little sister. And sell the textbooks I bought on Ebay.. Does anyone know it they sell well on there?

    Shortest HSC timetable

Yeah, I finish on 11th November cause of Society and Culture. But that's nearly a two week gap from my second last exam which is Biology on the 29th. I just really hate maths/ancient being on the same day= :bomb:

A compulsory subject on writing STORIES?!

Maybe the guy that is being taught to swim is constantly comparing himself to his older brother in his thoughts... and he doesn't belong to his family. A little bit cliched, sorry..

A compulsory subject on writing STORIES?!

I haven't got a story yet either, so not everyone. I'm actually making one now.. I'm going to write a rough plot out, but focus on the characters and relationships more- because this will help make my story more flexible. And as for ideas, pick a really cliched belonging story.. and twist it...
