    Formals - 2009

Coming from a bogan school/town requires the school to host the formal at a bogan reception- yes, it is at a random RSL. You can bring along two people with you (parents are expected).. What else, it's $50 a head (bahaha!! So you know it's going to be lame) And it's one of those function...

    CSSA trial-society

.. I never study for society and culture, never needed too.. And I go realyl well as well, I think I'm in top 5 in class. Anyway, I found that exam so hard. That was such a bad trial. There is no way the HSC will be that hard. o_0 I don't think I passed it.. I don't want to think about it...

    Most Overrated Games

Well I know for a fact that the most overrated game series is Final Fantasy. All the guys dress like girls o_0 And then all the girls dress like skanks.

    Official Pokemon game thread

Man I used to love this cartoon. So much that a part of me still loves it. Just want to make it clear that I love the games, but hate the show. Something about a ten year old that never ages searching the land for monsters doesn't appeal to me as much as it used too. And the Jhoto series...

Anyone else feel like Module C is going to KILL them?

This is the worst module. I'm doing conflicting perspectives.. When I went into the trials I discovered the module for this was not called Conflicting Perspectives, but called Representation and Text. Shows how much I know about this module. :( I don't get any of it! So we find conflicting...

    Super Smart Students

Aww, that made me lol. Everyone cares heaps about dux and the competition.. All the possible candidates for dux and in my english class, and the subject was brought up once. Man it was awkward, so awkward it was funny XD I personally don't care about who gets it. I think it's funny.

Has anyone ever not finished their major work?

Don't... mention that damn acronym.. Painful memories of the worst, boring all nighter I have ever pulled. What made it even worse was the fact my english trial was the day it was due... And when I got there everyone thought I was on drugs because I was hypo and had blood shot eyes from the...

    All in a Night's Work.

It just occurred to me. What do I do with all my HSC stuff?! :uhoh: Recycle it/Keep it under my bed/set it on fire?? So many options. It all takes up soo much space in my room as well and if I clean it out that's extra space for activities!! This is pretty much one of the biggest decisions...

2009 trials. what did you think?

Everyone I talked to didn't get that and either left it or took a wild guess. I don't even remember what I wrote- it was that bad. For the graph, I wrote it all out and stuff.. Just didn't plot any points. :P I thought it was alright. IF I studied more (well, actually studied properly) then...

past HSC: did you flunk trials but managed to do well?

Lol. But he's right, and if you did want more responses re-post this elsewhere. Not many ex-HSC'ers will go on this topic.

    After trials...?

Fucked up mine as well.. Hence the reason why I will be getting smashed Saturday (my last exam is actually Monday but it's Society and Culture, so it doesn't count). We go back to school next Tuesday, so methinks that start studying again next Thursday??

    Who likes Probability??

Lol, always the marbles. Had my Maths trial today......... No marble questions! Instead it was about Soccer! Mixing it up aren't they?

    Cinna'roll the HSC!!

.. there is a reason why he dies in the play, and why no-one talks about him.

    eating in exams

LOL. When I read the topic title I straight away thought of someone trying to silently eat a packet of chips XD I always chew gum in exams.. Lozenges should be permitted :P If it distracts students/puts them at a disadvantage it ain't allowed- I don't really see how eating can do either. I...

    After trials...?

After trials...? Def getting smashed. :D And not doing anything for about a week.. Get back to my beloved Guitar Hero, start reading a new book (But one that will be a related text for English), play The Sims, clean my room, eat 'proper' food (during exam time I live of junk food. eg. Maccas...
