    I have found it is getting easier to get the higher marks as I get through my degree. My law marks bar one HD in first year were all credits. My arts marks are always higher and much higher this year, I find them less work and much easier. Where my law marks average from Cs-Ds my Arts subjects...

    Good luck with that, personally I don't suggest it. Most people dont get through it all, but doing none will mean you either cram during stuvac or the mid sem break (since we at mac done get stuvac) or just scrape passes. How will your essay have any originality or independant and critical...

    It only gets worse, most learn how to take it and you find that you will learn to read faster and faster as you go along. Thats one case just wait till they haqve you reading a few for each subject per week. NEVER EVER USE WIKI for UNIVERSITY LAW...no...casebooks are much better...

    The assessment in property is a 100% weighted take home exam that you get one day to do that consists of a case note, essay and problem question that is a max of 12 pages! I am only doing international which I havent had yet, I hope its better than the cores I am doing. Really hoping to do...

    Down stairs on level one there are heaps for that purpose plus some on the level you walk in on to the far left

    I've only had Constitutional yet, twas ok, no exam and two essays. Looking forward to International. Property from the unit outline looks ick 100% weighting on the exam which consists of a case note, essay and problem question to be done in one day

    Shop at Aldi, most of their basics are heaps cheaper and then u can get the luxuries from wollies or whatever...it will save you a fair bit.
