    Generally first name unless they ask otherwise, most prefer though that when corresponding through email etc to be addressed formally, mainly though with writing style spelling etc...Not "wassup Scott" lol at least the ones I had.

    Most likely all of them except their criminal law subject is split into two and they do it in the same year where as at UWS you do criminal law in first year and criminal procedure in the later years so I will get credit most likely for: Criminal Law I Torts Law, Lawyers and Society...

    At using UWS's system its 3- pass 5- Credit 6 Distinction 7- High distinction Add them up and divide by no of units Macquarie's starts from 1 for a cp 2 for a p etc..

    Well for each law assignment I did, I got 74% so as a proportion of what I have done its a fair share as well as a few 74's in my other degree...its evil!
