    Girl Ready, Boy Not?

My boy has turned it down a few times because he wasn't ready (with previous girlfriends. He was younger than them or didn't feel right. I don;t see a problem with it, he's also willing to wait for me. Just think you'd want him to wait for you if roles were reversed, relax one day when he's...

    B Laws

Yeah, I'd hope to get all my law stuff credited. I've done Intro to law and law foundations which are similar to their legal process etc and torts and criminal law :). I'd also hope that my social science subjects could be counted as general electives...I am going to ask at open day

    B Laws

I am thinking of applying to transfer to UTS's straight law program and I have a few questions, any answers would be greately appreciated. Does anyone do the straight B laws at UTS? Is it really hectic? How are lessons taught? (lectures, seminars, tutes) etc? Has anyone transfered in? How...

    Question 17 c of 2005 HSC

This was a controversal question at the time. I admit being completely stumped at the time of the exam and pretty much only came up with what you said, have you looked at the notes from the marking centre for that exam? I have no idea what they wanted lol :) Good luck

    Family Law Questions

Its not a good idea to assume/ try and predict the question especially that narrowly - they could so easily throw you a curve ball like they did for us last year. I suggest if you do that, you should at least have a general knowledge of the other areas in case they ask something different. What...

how to get to parra campus?

Its pretty cool, I love those new rooms tghat Larab was talking about but I only get them for one law class, but they are great for seminars, Simon would have loved them. The only annoying thing is the bathrooms, either the toilets dont flush or the taps dont work, I ended up walking down the...

    MQ or UWS

Every uni has its strengths and weaknesses and no one unless they have been to them all no one can tell you which is better than the other, it also depends on what you consider the best, whether you want prestige, a specific program, facilities etc... I am currently at UWS and I love studying...

how to get to parra campus?

Don't worry there is plenty of time to get to classes, they always start late and finish early to give you time, I had one on North campus and one on the main campus back to back and the tutors were aware and just waited :)

    Cross-vesting restrictions?

This should hopefully be in your book. I don't want to tell you too much because I am relying on something my tutor said in passing in my intro to law class and I am sure it has changed since I did legal studies. Cross vesting is where the State to give its power to a federal court as State...

Do we need to learn everything off the Syllabus for the options?

No one can predict the questions, just because they have not asked it before doesnt mean they are going to. They also may not examine things directly and obviously but in subtle ways, someone who has knowledge of all topics may tie one topic into another or enhance an answer by introducing an...

What HSC Subjects if I want to do law?

Re: What subjects should I take if I want to do Law after high school? Exactly, i think it was the head of the USYD law school who suggested that a uai of 80+ is sufficient and in my experience so far it can be depending on the person, after all we have many in my class with uai's in the mid...
