Yep :) I talked to her last week. She said the library wont hold the sample assignment but they will put it up on webct I think.

Also you might find some on the websites of pressure/lobby groups.

Memorising cases can be hard but there are a few methods I use to help me. My lecturer at uni often draws pictures to help us remember the main facts of the case e.g. Donaghue v Stevenson she will draw a snail in a bottle on the board, then when I need the case I usually remember the case...

I signed up less than a month ago and they extended i'm sure I saw it on the latest ad. Its great $30=$120 so its like all those call caps but prepaid, only problem for some is u must recharge every month but ur unused credits roll over :)

The search feature on Austlii is bad its not too bad if you know the year etc or can't be bothered logging in to casebase etc.
