I dont think it happens if you "fail" but it depends what you mean by "fail"? People who got N awards last year (i.e didnt complete the course) got to start year 12 courses for the ones they completed but had to do pathways with the others, so they had to redo year 11 for that course. I...

I prefer to do individual assignments, I hate group assignments bcoz u get stuck with the slackers or have a major disagreement abt something stupid

Oh dear theyt still do this in uni *thinks bak to all skool legal assignments which were supposed to be 1500 which ended up as 1800 after major cutting* i can not stick to a word limit to save my life

Always when we went to check out cases the teacher would go on abt walking in bowing, being quiet, not going into closed courts etc...the only stupid things ppl did was try to take in deo and stupid things like that even after I told them once my puffer was mistake for a knife and I had a fork...

My legal teachers son in law did the same, dressed really badly, hung out with the bikies there for jury duty and was challenged the second he stood up LOL

That's a bit different though, because my mum could hire someone else...

Nope, my parents own a childcare centre and by law they have to maintain a child staff ratio, my mum tried to get out of it and they didn't accept that as a reason

I don't know if this will help but when I went to UWS open day I was talking to a law student who had just finished her B laws and she said that if you do certain electives and do these skills courses at UWS, then u compete parts of your PLT anfd reduce the number of hours of the practical...

It doesnt make such a difference for me since I want to be a barrister (of so my ca says) and UWS's youngest barrister is 27...pretty damn good :uhhuh:

I found a great one, it was a book of the funniest cases and laws, I wanted to keep it LOL One of my friends picks up the "law handbook" thinking it was a funny book... :rolleyes: me and my other legal obsessed friend couldn't stop laughing, then again...my teacher probably would have liked...

although wearing murfy to my speaking exams didnt make me feel any different LOL

yep its lossy, which means the quality reduction cannot be reversed, but as I said before, the loss of quality is most of the range which the human ear cannot hear, so really its no big deal :)

depends on the skool we are forced to wear uniform or they send u home to change and u miss that time 4 ur exam, their reasoning is: 1. comfort (yeh right, but I guess for those who feel the complusion to get glamed up for an exam) 2. make it feel like an exam so u dont get a lazy attittude

mine was individual for colesmyer...weird huh??? I smiled heaps :) and acted extra friendly, was interviewly attired and brought my resume thats pretty much it

also with that kind of avalibility you cannot afford to be picky about retail jobs, just take what you can get
