Sexual Crimes are considered Crimes against Persons and therefore Criminal Matters however I think you can sue the person through civil law as well...I am not 100% sure tho... SEXUAL ASSAULT IS CONTAINED IN THE CRIMES ACT 1900 Hope that helps

but if you use that logic that means there is much more data to calculate ALSO we have SAM 2004 to go by and they have nothing thats why they got SAM first...Laz puts in a lot of work 4 this site so please leave him alone he will finish it when he is good and ready :mad:

Isnt it the certificate you have to get thru the skool of law after ur degree to practice law?

If it goes any higher than 90 I probably wont get in :(. I am hoping to do Law combined with Criminology...but I guess if I don't get in I can always do Criminology for 6 months and transfer...But I'd much rather getting in first go...it would save me a lot of stress :)

Guys give Laz a rest, he has his own stuff to do! Besides the fact that your half yearly assessment marks arent really an accurate way to judge your UAI anyway. Just chill out, if you must use SAM 2004 until the new one comes out and cut Laz some slack

My teacher told us abt a gal in our skool who that happened to...she did wat she could of the exam and then filled out a misadventure....she did alright to since her assessment marks were good
