incentives are positive reasons employes have to do anything so basically like motivation
retention is remaining with the business so basically its saying the business has low turnover if ur retention rate is high

guys how come in job design general is complex and specific is simple but in recruitment it has general and specific but the definitons are opposite

memorise the syllabus and definitions and a bit of thinking in the exam u guaranteed 85+ icl

yea honestly the morning of read thru syllabus and notes make a good case study you should be fine
