Yeah but this is a replacing 2 different courses that USyd used to offer. There are only 4 new units being offered which are all similar to courses which used to be offered, so I doubt that it being new will be a bad thing

Neither course is 'better' it depends on what you want out of your degree. The essential difference is that the BBA is much broader than the BBus, with the BBus allowing deeper specialisation

I'd say do it at mac, because you can't be sure whether or not you will get the transfer, and this way you won't be doing a degree you don't want to do
