Hard to say because it's a new course, but I think the uni is expecting the UAI to be ~93ish so you have a good chance

The uni you graduate from won't get you a job, its about how well you do and what kind of person you are. If you can't get a job after graduating from UTS you won't be able to get a job after graduating from UNSW/USyd

Simply put, you haven't been to uni yet so your opinion counts for shit. Who cares if UWS is not prestigious, doesn't mean it isn't a good uni

I'd say it's quite likely you'll get in. For economic and social sciences, which is in the faculty of arts, I got in with a UAI of 89.20 even though the cutoff was ~92 and I think some got in with lower than me

I know quite a few UTS law people and most got in with marks below the cutoff. I'm not sure how much lower they were though

That is the most piss weak reason not to do a course I've ever heard. Get over yourself and do the course if it interests you

Higher UAI does not mean the course is better Rankings like this don't really have anything to do with undergrad courses though, they're really just based on research

Bear in mind that in the USyd handbook it says the major in International Business is 'subject to approval.' If you're set on that particular major, I'd reccomend you email the degree director (dick brian) and ask if you'd be able to do it
