Not really. People were scared about this when Halo 3 launched early in some places, but in the end, Microsoft said they would be taking no action against the players, only the retailers.

Oh, I wasn't aware of that. Seems kind of harsh when you consider they may be punishing an uniformed gamer who doesn't know about release dates and just bought it from a retailer that broke street date.

wii is boring and the first decent games since launch finally came out recently. the catalogue really sucks

i love 360 but wii is not boring at all, wii is awesome.

but i agree that the wii catalogue is a bit lackluster. but the games that are really good are REALLY good (resident evil 4, galaxy, zelda, mario kart, zack and wiki, metroid, umbrella chronicles for example.)

needs more epic games.
