because:
1) it's illegal
2) it voids your xbox warranty
3) you need a dual layer burner and dual layer DVD-Rs
4) you won't be able to play on xbox live, which takes away a large part of the GTA experience

all the new ones have HDMI, but not all of them have falcon chipsets

yep but that measure is unreliable, as only the PSU will have the right wattage. The box may or may not have the actual watts. By the way, the other chipset is also quite decent and doesn't result in RROD. It's the original chipsets that sucked
