    Physiology 1A, 6 or 7 contact hours a week?

It's similar to anatomy but not completely. You need to learn to draw and label well because the theory exams always have one to two drawing questions and most of those marks are designated to labelling. I am also a crap drawer so I rely on on my labelling skill. The good thing about this...

    Physiology 1A, 6 or 7 contact hours a week?

tarsus, I am not exactly sure how many free labs you will get. I think it is every second week or every 3 weeks. Histology - I've done that course and yes it has two labs. The course is very interesting because Patrick lectures almost everything including both lectures and labs. He has very...

    The outcome of psychology

It's more educational psychology if you wish to use your psychology for school students. I think school psychologist gets employed by the school the way teacher does? Although I'm not sure how common school pyschologist are in every school, in my school I don't think we had any, unless school...

    UNSW or USYD for Medicine?

ausmacka, don't forget there the route of MedSc-Med entry at UNSW. The top 15 gets selected at the end of second year of MedSc and can gain entry into 4th year medicine after completing MedSc (Hons). A way to avoid the GAMSAT.

    Gens 9001

I know one of the psychology gen ed learn the same material as the first year psychology course (PSYC1001). The Gen ed people attend the same lectures as first year pysc people. I think they do different assessments though. Not too sure whether your one is or not.

    UNSW or USYD for Medicine?

Well yes, but considering most people would have to do the UMAT anyway.. so it's not a big deal. The 15 min bus trip is nothing. You will get over it considering the train trip is likely to be 3-4 times longer. UNSW also gives you a similar scholarship if you acheived 99.95 or 100 UAI.

    Maths and Medical Science

If you work hard in chem and physics, you should be fine even without doing a bridging course. Just be consistent though because they teach quite fast at uni. And enrol in the normal version but the advanced one.

    where to go?

When do you find out whether your entry into a college is successful? You can always change your preferences if you can't get accomondation at UNSW for the Late around. But at the moment UNSW would be better since you are already on a scholarship.

Is there any possible way to transfer to Medicine or Pharmacy from another SC

My UAI was 95.70. The cut-off for each University is different. The cut-off is actually the UAI of the last person who was accepted into the program. For example, If there are 100 places available at UNSW Medical Science and there are 200 applicants, then the uni would accept the top 100...

Is there any possible way to transfer to Medicine or Pharmacy from another SC

yes, after one year, you can transfer out to any program you like, provided your academic achievement is sufficent to gain admission. After 1 year of uni, your UAI is still relevant. They count 50% UAI and 50% uni marks. Using Medicine for example, that's why they said for you to be...

    urgent help needed >.<;

I think the question for you, really, is whether you want to do Law or not. Is law something you are interested in? If not, stick with the single Psychology degree at UNSW. As to entry into 4th year - that's a long way away and you only have to perform reasonable well to get a place as long...

    science advanced

A lot of students do a PhD and start a career in scientific research. After the PhD they can get a job as a post-doctoral scientist. People do it because it is the only way to go on and become an academic if you wish. And PhD is the mimimum qualification if you want to be employed as a...

Is there any possible way to transfer to Medicine or Pharmacy from another SC

What do you mean by "one full time year of a science course"? Do you mean finishing the first year of a general Science degree (BSc), then transfer into Medicine or Pharmacy? If that is what you are asking, then yes you can. It doesn't matter what degree you are enrolled in, as long as you...

    advantages of a double degree

Doing a double degree doesn't mean you do "double" the work as compared with those doing a single degree. This is because there is certain number of units you can do at Uni. e.g. at UNSW, everyone who is full time generally enrol in 24 units of credit for each semester, regardless of whether you...
